We are culinary geniuses.
Ok, we're not. BUT we made the BEST thing last night (and then I had more today hah). We made strawberry sauce. I got the idea when I was making homemade fruit leather a few weeks ago. Basically all you have to do is get some strawberries, cut them up, and heat them on the stove with a little lemon juice for a while. The natural juices start cooking and the strawberries become syrupy goodness. I put mine on some vanilla ice cream while the boy put his on some biscuits we had left over from dinner. Oh my goodness, so good.. I definitely recommend doing this! It's super easy and healthy! All you need are some strawberries and tada you've got a sweet treat.
OMG this looks amazing. I want the biscuits WITH a side of ice cream! Yum.
