For Jeremy's 30th birthday all he wanted was to go to Pittsburgh and see a Penguins game. Over a year later we finally got around to planning a trip to Pennsylvania. As it turns out, one of my very best friends, Mary, is from Pittsburgh! It worked out that she was around and was our own personal tour guide. We were only there for a few days but we spent lots of quality time with good friends, eating good food, and discovering a new (to me) and gorgeous city.
ahh so awesome! I live in Pittsburgh and it doesn't always get the same love as some other cities too. and that church in the last photo is right around the corner from where I work :) glad you guys had fun!

Love these pictures, especially the ones with the city lights in the background. Why does it always take so long for us to plan a getaway and we always need it so much?
