I'm back!!! I hope you guys don't mind, but I took a little bit of a Christmas vacation from blogging. Not going to lie, it felt pretty good. It also feels GREAT to be back behind the computer screen writing about places I've been, fun thing I've done, and things I'm excited to share with you all.
I'd like to share the cutest little place we stopped at a few weeks ago heading back to Memphis from Nashville, The Loveless Cafe. It's named for the husband and wife that opened the Cafe back in 1951, Lon and Annie Loveless. They actually still use many of Annie's original recipes today, including their amazing biscuits. Let me tell you. These biscuits alone are worth the drive from Memphis. They're mini, served hot out of the oven, and are paired with homemade jams and jellies. Seriously, I could have eaten my weight in these biscuits!
In addition to their delicious breakfast food that's served daily, the Loveless atmosphere is something truly unique. It was once a motel that still holds it's mid-century charm. The main building is where the restaurant is located today and the surrounding buildings have been turned into little shops and boutiques. There's also a barn that holds concerts and private events. It's all incredibly picturesque.
PS. I've also heard this is a hot spot for celebrity sightings.

This is one place I didn't get to on my Nashville trip, but it looks delish! I can't wait to get back there :)
