Oh, How Pinteresting - Maxi Skirts

I love the look of maxi skirts, especially for the fall. I have been pinning so many lately, but I feel like I can't pull off this look.. I fear that I'll look Amish hah this might be irrational.. maybe I'll have to try it. Anyone have any good tips? Here's my inspiration:

    I want to get a maxi skirt as well, but have the same fears! I am pretty sure I can't pull off the look. I'm so short!
