Pumpkin Carving

Ten Feet Off Beale - Pumpkin Carving

It isn't Halloween without some pumpkin carving. Every year I imagine some elaborate design in my head but then when it comes down to it, pumpkins are hard to cut into!

Recognize that orange pumpkin?

Harrison even joined in the fun :)

We went with a typical face. I love how cute and goofy he looks. We also roasted the seeds! I've never done this before.. they turned out pretty good for not following any sort of directions hah

Ps.. I can check this off my 24 while 24 list!

  3. Carving pumpkins may just be a Halloween thing, but I'm making the exception and doing mine this weekend haha We never got a chance to carve ours. Love the simplicity of yours

  5. That pumpkin made me laugh. I love goofy pumpkins. Mine always has one eye bigger than the other but not on purpose. Because I am terrible with a knife. We put brown sugar and cinnamon on the seeds and they taste yummy.

  6. Yay, good job! We used templates for pumpkin carving this year and it turned out pretty well. But you're right- it is hard work!
