Isn't this dress the cutest? I spotted it (no pun intended) on Tailor and Stylist and it was about a five second decision to purchase it. I couldn't resist the polka dots! Honestly, this is the only thing in my closet that's polka dots anddd peter pan collar.. whoa, going out of my comfort zone.
