All this talk of Twinkies reminds me of something. A good memory for the beginning of the story of Jeremy and Alyssa. Some might say we are only together because of a box of Twinkies. Okay, that's not true, but Twinkies play such a sweet memory (no pun intended) in the beginning of our relationship that it's sorta sad that we will no longer be able to buy any!
Confession: I lived my entire life never eating a twinkie.. until Jeremy came along. Somehow, this topic came up and I think his jaw hit the floor. He didn't understand how I could have survived without ever eating a Twinkie. We took a special trip to the store just to buy a box. Even though we hardly ever buy them, I know what all the fuss is about!
Twinkies, you will be missed.

Aww. So cute. I had never had a Twinkie until I was with my husband! I only got about halfway through one before I called it quits. Call me crazy, but I'm definitely not a fan!

ReplyDeleteOh that is so sweet! I would be a little bit sad about the twinkies as well! But I guarantee they'll be back on the shelves before we know it :) Someone is going to buy up hostess and we'll forget we almost never had them again!
